You always have 30 days to return your order from the date you receive it.

✅ Terms of return

For a return to be approved, it must:

• The product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
• Labels stay put
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• SALE and final sale items cannot be returned.

💡 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Do you need a different size or product? Return your item and place a new order.

🚚 Return shipping

A return shipping fee of 49 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.

💰 Refund

• Once we have received and reviewed your return, you will receive a confirmation via email.
• If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Refunds are normally made within 5–7 banking days (depending on your bank)
